4Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,5doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not its own, is not provoked, taketh not account of evil; 6rejoiceth not in unrighteousness, but rejoiceth with the truth; 7beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.8Love never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall be done away; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall be done away with. (!st Corinthians 13)
A Thought for You
Look at this scripture! When it opens you can see Michael. Love suffers long, it isn't jealous or vain. It does not act unbecomingly, cannot be provoked..... Can you see Michael yet? Michael walked in the word. Michael was not God, but he was a godly man. That is part of the reason we love him so. When Michael told us he loved us, we knew he meant it. I actually don't remember any other artist who ever even said "I love you". Do you? Michael did not spend his time counting up all the evil that he became faced with. He told us he had rhinoceros skin! Well, he did. He did because he believed in love, hoped for a better world and kept the faith. Love is empowering, indeed. Michael is gone, but love never fails....we still feel his powerful love. All the evil that has been spoken of Michael is beginning to cease....but the power of his love lives on, because love never fails. Love cannot fail, because God is love....and God is eternal
A Prayer
Eternal God our Father,
We adore you, and we bless your holy name. We thank you Father for blessing us to be a witness to true love. Help us Lord to keep this precious gift of love close to our hearts, yet....let us never forget that you are the source of all love. More than this Lord, let us emulate such a love as you have shown us.We know that you gave Michael to us as a gift, and we thank you. Dear God, we ask that you touch the hearts of those who do not know love. We know Lord, that you are able. Bring about a change Lord, just as you did for Saul...who became Paul. We are ready Father...have your way.
In the Matchless Name of Jesus Christ,
Amen
